Abstract: In this panel discussion postdocs and students will have the opportunity to ask career division members about how the faculty hiring process typically works in labs and universities and how to put together a winning faculty application. This year’s panelists will be

- Kevin Lesko (LZ)
Together they have about a century worth of experience with hiring panels, in a variety of fields and settings (universities + laboratories). Most of the time will be reserved for interactions with the audience, so bring along all your questions about finding permanent positions in academia.
